How we curate
We watch for the feeling a film creates rather than any particular feature. What matters most is whether it stays with you, whether it provokes thought, whether it builds an atmosphere that draws you in yet leaves you on edge. Most films don't. The ones that do make the slate.
We aren't looking for slick, high-budget production, yet every film we select is a testament to the talent of the crew behind it. We respect the craft of filmmaking and champion work that might not otherwise be widely seen.
What we look for
We are open to films of any genre. However, we lean towards work that feels irreverent or unsettling, with a sense of the unexpected that prompts reflection: psychological horror, drama, dark comedy.
